it seems like almost everyone flunked the essay,
so i suggested that he could explain the meaning of democracy.
but, to my amazed, he was dumbfolded.

"Democracy is a form of government in which power is held directly or indirectly by citizens under a free electoral system..."

something like this.
but a bit more complicated.

to a extent,
democracy is a simple word that can be definite by the above sentence.
however,
this word makes many readers scratch their heads, or simply saying IDK.

well,
even the tcher almost have to say IDK.
