monday.

had a fun day out at aloysius' hse,
and had real fun with my ncc clique.
had lunch at compass pt kfc,
then went to aloysius' hse to slack and play soccer.

so, just wanna share something abt wad happen before i went to aloysius' hse.
a few part b called me and sms me,
complaining abt no training and sort of things.
and i manage to stall a few that were setting off.
and really thanks to jonathan for his reminder to other part b.

over here, im trying to say two things.
firstly, is abt our mutual trust and teamwork.
this time, it is very sure that the communication between us went down,
causing so much trouble for some cadets.
i hope next time we can improve the bond and trust between us,
to have better communication.

second, and most important thing,
is abt the jobs dedicated.
the telephone ic, all along is a committed and to an extent, tedious job,
which many didnt want to take up,
or lose interest at the middle.
lookingat how part b struggle for powerful jobs and authority some time back,
and looking at how actually the main telephone ic didnt manage to get things done properly,
or never even seeking help from other fellwo cadets,
it leads me to thinking of how harsh is the reality in everyone.
all i can see today is,
the main ic trying to push the 'blame',
and yet someone not involve,
jonathan tay, actually went to remind some ppl out of care and good will.
here, i want to commend jonathan on his selfless deed,
being able to fork out time and effort to help the company,
despite being not involve in the telephone calling grp.

and also, i wan to ask everyone,
is joining a cca at the start,
just for the ranks and post,
or is it out of passion and goodwill,
to give the best to something u like?

from what happen today,
i could actually see two kinds of ppl:
those that 'skive' and go for the easier and higher authority jobs;
and those that silently contribute to everyone,
doing their part, or helping to the utmost,
for the goodwill of everyone, selflessly.

once again, i want to commend jonathan again,
i hope that everyone can learn from this incident,
learn to be like jonathan:

This is not just about who is doing the job, who is responsible, who is the guy that should be answering all these problems! This is about calling your platoon mate, because you care for them, because you show concern to them! This is call Guan Xin! -- Jonathan.
