i guess you ppl should know who is that up there.
Wakin Chau, also known as Emil Chau, or simply Zhou Hua Jian.
well, today, perhaps this post is a little bit inspired by him.

well i was watching the charity show on chnl 8 on sunday,
where many stars and celebrities from overseas came over to SG,
to perform in this charity show.
well many were expecting much from Jackie Chan and Wakin Chau.

well i found out that throughout the whole charity concert,
Wakin would always gets interrupted at certain parts of the show,
either by the show host or other celebs that participate in the show.
but never did Wakin showed a glum face, or write the word 'pissed' on his face.
instead, he went on smiling, and helps to cover up for those celebs,
whenever they ran out of words in the show.

also i read from a newspaper article,
when Wakin and Jackie visited the hospital( the one they are donating and acting for) before the actual charity performance,
some newspaper reporters asked Jackie how much he would donate to help the hospital.
Jackie then gave no reply and gave a solemn look.
Wakin immediately spoke up for Jackie and said,
"both of us had donated ten dollars into the fund raising box on our way in. i believe that is already a good start."

for many lessons that didn't taught me how to lead a life successfully,
Wakin taught me these stuff over the TV and newspaper.
i believe that is the main thing about him able to survive in the society for long.
yes, the way about how he handle things, and how he sees things.

from all that i see form TV, Wakin is a person who pictures the big image.
despite being interrupted for a couple of times at the show,
Wakin yet kept his cool, knowing that the main purpose was to raise funds for the needy.
also, Wakin was able to resolve an awkward situation by putting it off with a casual remark, which also presents to both parties a win-win situation.

from everything i know, i see Wakin as a humble and easygoing person.
he doesn't cover up the fact that he could forget his lyrics halfway.
he, is also, a man of great temper.
as a experienced celebrity, he was able to keep his cool when interrupted by little starlets,
and yet was able to put a smile on his face.
no expression giving the 'WTF' or the 'tio ject' look.

i personally think that Wakin is a one good role model.
and i also believe that whatever i'm trying to say about leading a life,
is in the way how i describe Wakin.

at certain times life is not about holding ego, upholding honour.
sometimes, we have to learn to give and take.
if everyone in this world is generous,
then everyone is able to receive benefits from others,
taking into point that everyone is helping each other.

one should learn to give and take,
as well as helping others whenever you can.
perhaps they will remember your gratitude; or not,
there will always be someone learning a lesson on life from your actions.

like how i learned from Wakin Chau's actions.
